Constrio is a web-based and mobile application for construction companies to manage daily reports, scheduling, and work tasks (the "Service"). The Service is provided by [FILL IN: company name, registry code] ("Constrio", "we", "us").
A company must create an account to use the Service. The company administrator is responsible for managing their employees' access, including sharing the join link/QR code. Each user is responsible for keeping their own account credentials confidential.
The Service is paid, in accordance with the pricing published on the Constrio website. New users are offered a free trial period. Billing is processed through Stripe, on a monthly basis, based on the number of active users. The subscription can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data entered by the customer's company (reports, photos, company information) belongs to the customer. Constrio processes this data only for the purpose of providing the Service, in accordance with the privacy policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Constrio is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or interruptions to, the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement. Constrio reserves the right to suspend access to the Service if a user violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
